O’Rourke U was created as a training and professional development program to enhance the careers of our employees. Developing our people is a critical part of our business strategy. To maintain our continued success, we need the best people in every position.
O’Rourke U is guided by the following principles:

Level I:

Level II Goals:
Employee development programs driven by annual business goals.
To complete Level II, employees must take at least one outside training class or complete a company approved internal project / cross training, etc that satisfies the development goal.
