HOUSTON, Texas, November 2012 – O’Rourke Petroleum is pleased to welcome several new members of the Lubricants Customer Service team, based out of O’Rourke’s corporate office in Houston. The new additions to the team include: Ashley Files, and Evangela Baker.

Responsibilities of the Lubricants Customer Service team include: processing lubricant orders, working with O’Rourke operations to execute product deliveries, and acting as a liaison between customers and the O’Rourke sales team to ensure customer’s needs are met and exceeded – consistently, accurately, and efficiently.    

Leading this dynamic team is Tami Sandlin, Regional Customer Service Manager, who joined O’Rourke Petroleum in 2004. Tami is a passionate leader who not only understands the importance of providing outstanding levels of customer service, she is also dedicated to developing a strong team to support that philosophy and enhance the customer experience. 

Tami and the O’Rourke Lubricants Customer Service team look forward to helping customers with their Shell, Pennzoil, Quaker State, Emerald Lubes, and Summit Industrial lubricant needs in Houston, Dallas, throughout Texas, and along the Gulf Coast.
