In addition to growing the company, Mush is passionate about the growth and development of the people at O’Rourke. Building a strengths-based culture based on continuous learning, better performance, and creating value for customers is a priority to Mush, and the results are evident in the environment he has created and the trust customers put in O’Rourke and its people.
